Power of Westboro

Now that Fred Pheps is dead, can we all collectively agree to ignore Westboro. We need not waste media time with simpletons out for lawsuit money–so please–no more about their childish bullshit. If they show up at your family’s funeral, take collective legal action against them (if it happened to me I’d talk to lawyer about tightening laws around funeral proceedings), I’m sure at least 10,000 Americans would sign a petition for that. Westboro’s goal is merely to evoke rage, they have only as much power as we give them. Once they see that nobody gives a fuck, no one’s suing, they’ll dissolve and we can move on to bigger problems.
