It makes the most sense to have companies host onsite childcare for a minimum fee, which can be automatically deducted via paycheck instead of paying people, who are out of your way and out of reach, thousands of dollars a month to take care of your children.

  1. It makes sense that it costs the employee nothing, or near it. That’s not the only thing that companies should do either. Where they have a captive group, cost sharing is possible on a huge number of things.
